Bastion Hotel Geleen

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It is well located, near by the Valkenburg Christmas market, which was one of the purposes of our trip. The rooms were very clean, with a coffee machine, fridge, safe box and even a smart TV where you can connect any device!! In the lobby there was a pool table, playing cards, the bar was open until very late. The check in and check out was super fast and easy! In the parking place, they had charging stations for electric cars. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly! We had breakfast in the hotel which was very good, you can have bacon, eggs and even ask the staff to make you some scrambled eggs. I can mention two members of the staff which personally were like friends to you even when you were meeting them in that morning. Ibrahim, one of the team members, gave our son not only a wooden car but also was playing and talking to him. He was very friendly with the kids and families in general. Definitely, we would stay there again! We just felt loved!

Friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help the guests! I requested extra pillows and they were delivered to me quickly. We had to put the beds together because this was a downside, they didn’t have double rooms and this is so quickly to achieve. Just put the beds together! The room has a coffee machine and a fridge, no water or drinks provided but there is a vending machine in the first floor. Good air conditioning, clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable beds! I recommend and will stay again!
